The opening ceremony of the exhibition in honor of the 16th anniversary of the formation of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan was held at the Expo Center of the Ashgabat Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Those gathered heard a welcoming address from the head of state to the participants of the event.

More than 200 members of the UIET, specializing in various industries, presented their products and achievements over 16 years of work.

Visitors to the exhibition will be able to get acquainted with the development of Turkmen entrepreneurship both at the stands presented here and through videos that are shown on two large monitors installed in the exhibition hall.

Dairy producer Economic Society "Sahabatly", whose history dates back to 2014, is demonstrating its stand at the UIET exhibition.

As part of the exhibition, a conference will begin today, at which the successes of private entrepreneurship and new challenges will be discussed, including measures to optimally use the potential of this sector, defined in the country’s socio-economic development programs until 2028.
